The reason most people fail their diet is because their whole concept is backwards
In most cases, what society thinks of a "diet" is based on the idea of less. That could mean cutting calories, cutting carbs or food groups, having to weigh every ingredient, or only eating at specific times. Most fad diets have strict, specific rules. Ultimately, these diets tend to be unsustainable for long periods of time, let alone the rest of your life.
Diets are notorious for being short-term strategies for quick weight-loss. If you think in the bigger picture, what’s the point of temporarily losing a bit of weight to just gain it all back the next month?
These short-term diets people often follow cause deprivation of certain food groups which ultimately causes bingeing.
This puts the person back at square one, and sometimes in a negative state of mind because they may now feel guilty for cheating on their diet. They view themselves as "bad" or “out of control”
I strongly believe in flexible dieting because it makes you free. If you want to eat those cookies, YOU CAN, and still lose weight! It all boils down to calories in, and calories out.
Another reason why people fail to lose weight is their lack of motivation. If you’ve tried losing weight using the typical methods where you end up losing your social life, chances are, you despise the idea of a diet. When you’re free to eat whatever foods you want, you start to associate good feelings towards dieting. When following the right protocol, you see consistent fat loss and muscle gain which motivates you even further to exceed your expectations.
My theory to consistency is having an approach which allows you keep your lifestyle. When you can still hang out with your friends at the bar and have some steak while still losing weight, your happiness increases tremendously. You feel like you’re not missing out on anything.
The only thing left now is action. You have all the resources needed to obtain an incredible physique.

Hello! Welcome to VitFitness. My name is Vitaliy Tatarnykov, a Ukrainian entrepreneur currently based in Toronto, Ontario. I'm best known for helping people transform their bodies.
I've had a passion for fitness since I was a child. Growing up, I would always go to the park and workout for hours instead of playing video games like all the other kids. My dad was very supportive and helped me organize a home-gym. I didn't have the best equipment, but it didn't matter. I had dedication.
I've developed this mentality where I always strive to improve and become the best version of myself. This doesn't only apply to fitness, but to everything in life. I've realized that most people aren't as passionate with fitness as I am, so I decided to take action.
I created VitFitness because I saw a problem in today's society where so many people are struggling to lose weight. I did some research and noticed that most "fitness programs" that people are selling are far too hard to follow. These courses often push crash diets that temporarily work, but they NEVER keep the weight off. Not to mention feeling depleted of energy and always hungry.
The approach that I've developed has helped so many people finally lose weight for the first time AND keep it off.
